- I want to live to see my grandchildren grow up.

- I am tired of the coughing and shortness of breath.

- I need the money I'm wasting on cigarettes.

- I hate the nicotine stains along with the body odor coming from smoking.

Use these reasons or some of your own. But, set your commitment where you can see it. Repeat it to yourself often throughout the day. Insure that it is a part of you.
